Intake Call

Screenings
Priced per screening; goes towards eval fee
- We provide a screening process that includes a paper assessment & in-person or virtual discussion with caregiver(s) about concerns
- This option helps determine if further evaluation & therapy is recommended.
Evaluations
Priced per 1.5 hours
- Thorough evaluation & observation time to assess your child’s individual needs, strengths & challenges
- In-depth discussion with teacher(s) & caregiver(s) about concerns and goals
- Caregiver interviews
- Standardized & non-standardized assessments as necessary
- Education provided to all caregivers on purpose & focus of skilled OT services
Treatment
Priced per hour
- Weekly (or more) appointment confirmations via text/call
- Hands-on skilled therapy services
- Detailed, weekly (or more) session updates (photos/videos & home recommendations included as needed)
Meetings
Priced per 30 minutes
- Virtual or in-person (parent preference)
- As needed for current clients to discuss concerns in detail & to update/modify goals
- For teacher(s) & caregiver(s) to receive individualized education and/or hands-on training to help better support your child
Consultations
Priced per 30 minutes
- Do you just need quick advice or a discussion about age-appropriate skills, sleep support, meltdowns, or something else?
- Virtual
- As needed for caregiver(s) to discuss concerns without committing to therapy
- For caregiver(s) and OT to problem solve together

Fun in Function also contracts with Louisiana’s early intervention program called Early Steps. This program services children from birth to 35 months and their families.
