FAQs
-
Yes, your child will need a referral from your pediatrician - we will need active OT orders in order to schedule an initial evaluation. This is something we will request directly from the pediatrician on our end.
-
We are “out of network” with all insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. This allows us to spend more one-on-one time in our sessions and provide the highest quality of care to our patients! We collect payment at the time of service in the form of cash/Venmo, check, credit/debit/HSA/FSA cards via Ivy Pay.
Upon request, we can also offer you a monthly superbill to provide to your insurance company for partial or full reimbursement - it will include all the necessary information to submit it to your insurance. If you are interested in knowing your level of “out of network” reimbursement, please call your insurance provider and ask about their coverage for “out of network occupational therapy” - this is solely the responsibility of the client.

No, your child does not require a diagnosis to work with us. If you choose to reimburse with your insurance provider, they may require your child to have a documented medical diagnosis.
